I got the last $10.00 to be able to go out and surprise my first SAHM! Thank you to those who have donated thus far! You are great!

My kids and I will be leaving around 12:00 and I’m excited (yet scared, because in the excitement of it all, I forget that I’m very timid around new people! LOL).

The reason I wanted to surprise SAHM’s with the money for a new outfit, is because I know so many SAHM’s who spend the money to make their kids look nice, but forget about themselves. I think as women, we WANT to feel good, pretty…even sexy. But a lot of SAHM’s fall into the “frump” of being at home all the time. We wake up, stay in our pjs, wear no make up and feel blah (LOL, ok so I’m talking about myself!! BUT I KNOW there are many more out there that feel the same way!) Why get ready when we have no where to go? Why put on a nice outfit when we will have WHO KNOWS WHAT all over our clothes

at the end of the day? It’s so much more easy to be comfortable right?

So, between feeling frumpy and watching Oprah’s show, I put the two together and here I am! I think this will be a fun thing to fallow! So stay tooned for some great stories and happy moms!

Here’s how it will work…

When I receive $150 in donations, I will go to the mall and surprise a SAHM with the money for a new out fit! But here’s the catch, she HAS only one hour to shop! When she’s finished, I’ll take a picture for the blog and she will write her “story” about the surprise and being a stay at home mom. My goal is to make someone feel good and know that even though they may not get rewarded with a paycheck for staying at home…WE APPRECIATE THEM!!
